Monitoring combines satellite and drone technology with ground inspections, public reports and tips exposed by online media.    Illegal dumping in karst caves has also been a focus. More than 80,000 cases have been inspected in key provinces, with over 8,000 problems identified and more than half rectified.    Li said the ministry will continue the campaign while strengthening full-chain oversight of solid waste to prevent illegal disposal.        (By Helen Mo, intern Yang Hongran)                    。
